When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the following information:

  • Your Email Address
  • Your Phone Number (optional)
  • The Subject and content of your message

Technical Data: For security and spam prevention, we may record basic technical information such as a hashed version of your IP address, browser/device information and the time of submission.

3. Why We Collect It and Legal Basis

We process this personal data to answer your questions, coordinate admissions, process referrals, and direct your enquiry to the correct department of Bedazzle Arts. The legal basis for processing this information is our legitimate interest in responding to public enquiries and maintaining the security of our website.

4. How Long We Retain Your Data

We retain website contact form enquiries securely for up to two years from our last correspondence, after which the data is deleted. If you or a family member goes on to enrol in our Bespoke Education or BAPAA programmes, your information will be retained longer in accordance with our student records retention schedule.

5. Who Has Access & Data Sharing

Your messages are accessed only by authorised Bedazzle Arts administrative staff and programme coordinators who need to review your enquiry.

We do not sell personal data. We only share information where necessary to respond to your enquiry, provide a service, meet a legal obligation, protect someone’s safety, support safeguarding procedures, or maintain our website/email systems.

6. Marketing and Newsletters

If we enable online newsletter subscriptions or email marketing updates in the future, we will collect your consent separately and explicitly using an opt-in checkbox. You will be able to withdraw your marketing consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any newsletter or emailing us.
