BiP is a grassroots production company promoting a movement for inclusion, bit by BiP! We produce innovative film and theatre projects that forefront authentic representation. We are committed to only working on projects where there is a minimum of 50% representation of people who identify as d/Deaf, disabled & neurodivergent. 

Community based theatre for adults with additional needs. Students work towards shows and events, and all have the option of taking exams. We also run summer workshops and online classes. Some of our courses are part funded by our charity. 

Bespoke education for young people aged 18-25 with additional needs. We offer a broad range of subjects including English and communication, Maths, life skills and work experience opportunities. We also run an alternative provision for students who are school age but not accessing mainstream education.

The Bedazzle Foundation Course offers inclusive professional training, preparing young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities to develop skills in the performing arts and enter into the performing arts industry.

An inclusive agency which supports all people to work together.  We professionally represent actors over the age of 18 - both disabled and non-disabled - with at least 50% of our clients at any one time identifying as d/Deaf, disabled and/or neurodivergent. 

Bespoke or ready-made inclusive workshops for people both with and without learning disabilities, developing skills for work and disability awareness training. Specifically curated to meet the needs of the commissioning partner.
